TERMS & CONDITIONS

• PROMOTER

The promoter of The Late Lunch Giveaway 2026 (“Promotion”) is Knowledge House Co Pty Ltd (ABN 35 700 091 390), trading as The Late Lunch (“Promoter”).

• ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Residents of South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and all other Australian states and territories are not eligible to enter.

Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in the administration or determination of the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

• PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion opens at 6:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on Monday, 5 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

• HOW TO ENTER

To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

• Comment on the official Giveaway Post published by @TheLateLunchSYD on Instagram, mentioning their eligible city and tagging a friend.

• Share the Giveaway Post to their Instagram Story.

• Share the Giveaway Post in a group chat.

• Be following @TheLateLunchSYD on Instagram.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Eligible cities are:

• Sydney

• Melbourne

• Brisbane

• Perth

For the purposes of the automated Runner-Up Prize draws, the following city names or abbreviations will be recognised:

• SYD or SYDNEY

• MELB or MELBOURNE

• BRIS or BRISBANE

• PER or PERTH

• MULTIPLE ENTRIES

Each separate qualifying comment that mentions an eligible city and tags a friend constitutes one entry.

Entrants may submit unlimited entries during the Promotion Period.

Each separate qualifying comment will constitute an additional entry, including where an entrant tags the same friend in more than one separate comment.

Tagging multiple friends within a single comment constitutes one entry only.

Every qualifying comment must contain an eligible city or accepted city abbreviation and tag a friend.

• SHARE REQUIREMENT

Entrants are required to complete both sharing requirements during the Promotion Period:

• Share the Giveaway Post to their Instagram Story.

• Share the Giveaway Post in a group chat.

Each sharing requirement only needs to be completed once during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying comments submitted by the entrant.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that both sharing requirements were completed before confirming an entrant as a winner.

Entrants with private Instagram accounts remain eligible provided they can produce reasonable evidence of the required shares if requested.

• CITY NOMINATION AND RUNNER-UP ENTRY POOLS

The city stated in each qualifying comment determines which Runner-Up Prize draw that individual entry is entered into.

• SYD or SYDNEY entries will be included in the Sydney Runner-Up Prize draw.

• MELB or MELBOURNE entries will be included in the Melbourne Runner-Up Prize draw.

• BRIS or BRISBANE entries will be included in the Brisbane Runner-Up Prize draw.

• PER or PERTH entries will be included in the Perth Runner-Up Prize draw.

Each qualifying comment is treated as an individual entry.

All valid qualifying entries, regardless of nominated eligible city, are eligible for the Major Prize.

• MAJOR PRIZE: LOS ANGELES EXPERIENCE FOR TWO

One Major Prize winner will receive a Los Angeles Concert Experience for two people comprising:

• 2 x VIP Early Entry Pit Package tickets to Chris Brown & Usher, The R&B Tour, at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California on 15 November 2026 at 7:30pm, valued at a total of AUD $2,411.94.

• 1 x AUD $3,500 travel voucher intended to contribute towards return flights to Los Angeles and four nights’ accommodation in Los Angeles for the winner and one nominated guest.

The total Major Prize is valued at AUD $5,911.94.

• TRAVEL VOUCHER

The Major Prize includes a fixed-value AUD $3,500 travel voucher.

The travel voucher is intended to contribute towards return flights and four nights’ accommodation in Los Angeles for the winner and one nominated guest.

For transparency, the AUD $3,500 travel voucher has been calculated using the following indicative travel allowance:

• Return economy flights for two people: AUD $2,300 total, based on an indicative allowance of AUD $1,150 per person.

• Four nights’ accommodation in Los Angeles: AUD $1,200 total, based on an indicative allowance of AUD $300 per night.

Total indicative travel allowance: AUD $3,500.

These amounts are provided to explain how the travel voucher value has been calculated and do not represent guaranteed airfare or accommodation prices.

The Promoter does not guarantee a particular airline, flight, hotel, room category or travel itinerary.

The winner is responsible for selecting and booking their travel arrangements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the travel voucher provider.

If the cost of the winner’s selected flights and accommodation exceeds AUD $3,500, the winner is responsible for paying the difference.

If the cost is less than AUD $3,500, any remaining balance will be subject to the applicable terms, conditions and expiry provisions of the travel voucher provider and will not be redeemable for cash from the Promoter.

• RUNNER-UP PRIZES: BRUNO MARS x NATALIE ANNE

Four Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded, with one Runner-Up Prize for each eligible city: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Each Runner-Up Prize consists of:

• 2 x Front General Admission tickets to Bruno Mars: The Romantic Tour in the applicable city.

• 1 x Natalie Anne Slick & Smooth Care Package, with a stated product value of AUD $210.

The Natalie Anne Slick & Smooth Care Package includes:

The total value of the four Runner-Up Prizes is AUD $2,507.20.

The applicable Bruno Mars concert performance for each Runner-Up Prize will be nominated by the Promoter from the scheduled Bruno Mars: The Romantic Tour performances in the applicable city.

Each Runner-Up winner must personally attend and use the applicable Bruno Mars concert tickets.

The concert tickets cannot be sold, resold, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, subject to applicable law and the ticket issuer’s conditions.

• TOTAL PRIZE POOL

• Major Prize: AUD $5,911.94

• Four Runner-Up Prizes: AUD $2,507.20

• Total Maximum Prize Pool: AUD $8,419.14

All prize values are stated in Australian dollars.

• MAJOR PRIZE TRAVEL CONDITIONS

The Major Prize winner must personally participate in the Los Angeles experience and may nominate one guest.

The winner and their guest must be available to travel to Los Angeles for the dates necessary to attend the Chris Brown & Usher concert on 15 November 2026.

The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and satisfy all applicable United States entry, ESTA, visa, immigration and travel requirements.

The AUD $3,500 travel voucher is intended to contribute towards return flights and four nights’ accommodation in Los Angeles for two people.

Unless expressly stated as included, the Major Prize does not include:

• Travel insurance.

• Passport, ESTA or visa costs.

• Meals and beverages.

• Spending money.

• Baggage charges not included with the selected airfare.

• Ground transportation or transfers.

• Additional nights’ accommodation.

• Upgrades.

• Any other incidental or personal expenses.

Any costs incurred above the AUD $3,500 travel voucher value are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

The winner is strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate international travel insurance.

The concert tickets must not be sold, resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash.

The concert tickets and travel arrangements are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the ticket issuer, concert promoter, venue and travel voucher provider.

If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates required to attend the concert, or is unable to satisfy applicable travel or entry requirements, the Major Prize may be treated as unclaimed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

• CONTENT AND FILMING

As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable photography and video content documenting The Late Lunch Los Angeles experience.

The winner grants the Promoter permission to photograph and film them during the prize experience and to use that content across The Late Lunch social media, website, digital, promotional and marketing channels without additional compensation.

Where the winner’s guest appears in promotional content, the Promoter may require the guest to provide an appropriate consent or release.

• PRIZE DRAW

This Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

The prize draw will take place at 7:00pm AEDT on Tuesday, 6 October 2026 at 52 Carnarvon Street, Silverwater NSW 2128, Australia.

Winners will be selected using the WASK Instagram Comment Picker, an automated random Instagram comment selection tool, or an equivalent random electronic selection tool if WASK is unavailable or unable to complete the draw as required.

The Promoter will configure the selection process so that each valid qualifying entry included in the applicable draw has a random and equal chance of selection.

• MAJOR PRIZE DRAW

All valid qualifying comments submitted during the Promotion Period will be included in the Major Prize draw.

One qualifying entry will be randomly selected as the provisional Major Prize winner.

• RUNNER-UP PRIZE DRAWS

Four separate Runner-Up Prize draws will be conducted.

Qualifying comments will be identified according to the city stated in the applicable entry:

• SYD or SYDNEY for the Sydney Runner-Up Prize.

• MELB or MELBOURNE for the Melbourne Runner-Up Prize.

• BRIS or BRISBANE for the Brisbane Runner-Up Prize.

• PER or PERTH for the Perth Runner-Up Prize.

One qualifying entry will be randomly selected from each applicable city pool.

Each separate valid comment constitutes an individual entry, provided it complies with these Terms & Conditions.

Multiple qualifying comments submitted by the same entrant will each be treated as separate entries, including where the same friend has been tagged in more than one separate qualifying comment.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

The Promoter will screen-record or otherwise retain appropriate evidence of the electronic draw process, including the selection of each provisional winner.

• WINNER VERIFICATION

A person selected during a draw will initially be considered a provisional winner.

Before confirming a winner, the Promoter may verify that the provisional winner:

• Is aged 18 years or over.

• Resides in NSW, VIC, QLD or WA.

• Submitted a valid qualifying entry.

• Is following @TheLateLunchSYD.

• Shared the Giveaway Post to their Instagram Story.

• Shared the Giveaway Post in a group chat.

• Tagged an Instagram account.

• Otherwise complied with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence necessary to verify these requirements.

A provisional winner will only become a confirmed winner once their eligibility has been verified.

If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible, their entry will be invalid and the applicable prize will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

• WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION

Provisional winners will be contacted in writing through Instagram Direct Message from the official @TheLateLunchSYD Instagram account following the draw.

The Promoter will never request payment from a winner to claim a prize.

Confirmed winners will be published on The Late Lunch website and may also be announced through the official @TheLateLunchSYD Instagram account.

Winner information will remain published for any minimum period required by applicable law.

• CLAIMING PRIZES

A provisional winner will have seven days from the date the Promoter first sends written notification of their selection to respond and provide any reasonably requested verification information.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact and verify each selected winner during that period.

A prize may be treated as unclaimed, subject to applicable law, if a provisional winner:

• Cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts.

• Does not respond within the seven-day claim period.

• Cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements.

• Cannot provide reasonably requested verification.

• Declines the prize.

• Is unable to participate in the prize as required.

• UNCLAIMED OR INVALID PRIZES

If a prize remains unclaimed following the seven-day claim period, or a provisional winner is determined to be ineligible, the Promoter will proceed with a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable prize, subject to applicable law.

The replacement draw will use the same random electronic selection methodology as the original draw.

For a Runner-Up Prize, the replacement winner will be selected from the remaining qualifying entries within the applicable city pool.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact the originally selected entrant before conducting a replacement draw.

Any replacement winner will be notified in writing and published in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

• PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

Concert tickets must be used by the applicable winner and must not be sold or resold.

If a prize or component of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will deal with the affected prize in accordance with applicable law, including obtaining any regulatory approval or winner agreement required before substituting or modifying the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for cancellations, postponements or changes made by third-party concert, venue, ticketing, travel or accommodation providers except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

• INVALID ENTRIES

The Promoter may invalidate an entry where it reasonably determines that the entry:

• Was generated using a bot or automated system.

• Uses a fake or fraudulent account.

• Does not contain an eligible city or accepted city identifier.

• Does not tag a friend.

• Was submitted outside the Promotion Period.

• Otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• INSTAGRAM, ARTISTS AND THIRD PARTIES

This Promotion is independently operated by The Late Lunch.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, Chris Brown, Usher, Bruno Mars, their representatives, tour promoters, venues or ticketing providers.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or awarding of prizes and release Instagram and Meta from liability arising from the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

• PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion, verifying entrants and winners, delivering prizes, publishing winner information where required and satisfying applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal information will not be added to unrelated marketing databases solely as a result of entering the Promotion unless the entrant separately consents.

• RECORD KEEPING

The Promoter will maintain appropriate records relating to the Promotion, including entries, draw records, winner verification and distribution of prizes, for the period required by applicable law.

• GENERAL

By entering the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding administration and verification are final, subject to applicable law.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promotion from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any regulatory approval required.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
